Seen. Heard. Empowered. Through Jesus.
Recently, while scrolling through the God Behind Bars Facebook page, I came across the powerful testimony of a young woman whose life was transformed by Jesus Christ while serving time in federal prison.
Her story touched me deeply.
Like so many women, she carried shame, pain, and the weight of choices that seemed to define her future. Yet in the midst of a prison cell, she encountered the One who saw beyond her mistakes, heard the cries of her heart, and empowered her to walk in freedom, purpose, and hope.
As I reflected on her testimony, I was reminded of a truth that lies at the very heart of our SHE program: no matter what we have done or where we have been, Jesus sees us, hears us, and empowers us.
When Jesus writes your story, SHE is Seen, Heard, and Empowered.
Seen. Heard. Empowered. Through Jesus.
There is something deeply healing about being truly seen.
To know that your past does not disqualify you.
To know that your tears are not ignored.
To know that your story still has purpose.
Jesus sees what others overlook.
He hears the cries we struggle to put into words.
And He empowers us to walk in freedom, healing, and hope.
When Jesus writes your story, SHE is Seen, Heard, and Empowered.
Seen by His love.
Heard by His compassion.
Empowered by His Spirit.
No matter what you have done or where you have been, your identity is not found in your mistakes. Your identity is found in Christ.
In His presence, shame loses its grip.
Grace rewrites your story.
And purpose is restored.
Because of Jesus, SHE is Seen. Heard. Empowered.
